Thursday, February 4, 2016 - Nice lively noise with a little earthy funk in the background. Opened and decanted for an hour. Medium body with nice dried berry notes. Worked well with our bolognese sauce over pasta. Smoothed out and lost the funk the longer it was sipped during the evening.
