Sunday, February 8, 2015 - Pale golden yellow. In the nose, there are linden blossoms and camomile notes, some honey and lemon curd. Rather mild than spicy. On the palate, it's mild as well with a lot of camomile again, rather mild acidity, no alcoholic bite. Very harmonic, concise in its aromatics, not too sweet. A pleasure to drink.
