Saturday, June 5, 2021 - Comparison of two Schrader’s last night with dinner. 2012 GIII this T6. Much more reserved and lot of fruit. Tannins have really subsided. Finish was very long a typical of Schrader cabs. Lots of fruit in the mouth and was a better drinking wine than a food wine. Still had lots of life several hours after it was opened. Great wine experience.
