Monday, December 19, 2022 - Dark garnet color. Plum, blackberry, mocha and herbs on the palate. Full bodied but medium depth of flavor. Nicely integrated tannins. This is really a nice bottle of wine and typical of Spring Mountain. Be cognizant that this requires at least two hours of air to open up.
