Saturday, May 13, 2006 - A little bit goes a long way. Intensely sweet, on the verge of cloying, but not quite. Flavors of maple and molasses that somehow find their way out of the sweetness to make their presence known. Reminds me of maple sugar candy, if eaten in large amounts it can be sickeningly sweet, but in small amounts it is heavenly. For the price, why not have some around, it's great stuff. Appearence (5/5) Nose (13/15), Taste and Finish (17/20), Quality and Potential (10/10)
