Friday, September 29, 2006 - Nice deep amber, crystal clear. Slightly port like, nose of smoky cedar, nuts, dried raisins, maple sugar, and a touch of pumpkin pie. Nice glycerine mouth feel, with a well balanced acidity, alcohol is present but not overwhelming. Sweet, slightly syrupy. Definitely a dessert wine, not one you will have many glasses of, but you will finish what you get.
