Tasted June 14, 2007. Served double blind. Dark caramel color in the glass, clear hue throughout. Nose of molasses, anise and caramel. Flavors of nuts, black licorice and molasses. Medium acidity, full bodied. Came across as a little hot on the palate so docked a point or two for that. Drink or hold. My double blind guess was that this was a PX. Missed that one.
