Thursday, November 2, 2023 - Great nose with dark cab fruit but also great high tones of eucalyptus and maybe a touch of pepper. The initial attack seems to have some volatile acidity in a way that I find pleasant. Good mouthfeel. Relatively high acidity for a cab from here, tannins are softening. Overall this is a really nice and alluring bottle of wine. No reason to wait, I get the sense it's starting to slide off the back end a bit.
