Wednesday, March 4, 2015 - Pale gold color and not very aromatic. At first taste immediately after opening a bracing acidity smothered everything else. With time it showed baked apple, pear and butterscotch flavor but with that acidity still noticeably hovering. It never seemed in balance. More time in bottle would probably help and if I opened another anytime soon I would decant it. Not bad but not worth over $60 either.
