Saturday, October 25, 2014 - A bottle from the most recent release. Herbaceous and citrus aromas, and a dash of savory bread crust. Noticeable SB character, but nothing extreme. Hops- and grapefruit-like elements combine with the breadiness to evoke beer. On the palate, fresh grapefruit, some gingery spice, and a good dose of mouthwatering salinity. Dry, with good, balanced acidity. Not as out there as the prior release, but still characterful, and quite tasty.
