Tuesday, March 14, 2006 - Medium ruby color. Nose of tart red fruits, flowers and a little sweet spice, as well as some minerality. On the palate this has got a strong acid backbone with good full presence in the mouth and lots of tart red fruit. The acid presence can be a tad overbearing, so a bit of chill is a good thing.
