Sunday, May 7, 2023 - 1st of 6. 13% abv. This is pretty fruity still at this point, but it's starting to gain some tertiary complexity. The fruit is quite fresh and delicious. The finish is a bit too quick and the tannins are a hair drying and linger, but they are not harsh or overwhelming. I think this may still need time, but it is enjoyable now, especially with a decant and with some steak or other hearty food. Drink now through 2033.
