Friday, January 19, 2024 - Old enough to no longer need a fake ID but still quite young in the grand scheme of things. Quiet and closed at first. Two hours decanted in the Josephinenhutte and now we’re chirping. Apricot jam, bakers chocolate, white pepper. Notes of Italian deli rainbow cookie. Violets, graphite, grip. Lovely claret and delicious now, though would love to check back in another decade.
