Immediately impressive nose,of black fruit and herbs.
Textured, smoothly polished, creamy with ripe tannin and fresh, direct acidity. A very appealing wine with good back bone and delicious potential.
Reckon this is damn good and is developing nicely.Quite a surprise considering the vintage.
Look forward to tasting a bottle a year,although may well keep the last few till I am about 80!! Excellent.
