Saturday, December 14, 2013 - While not as balanced and put together as previous vintages we have enjoyed, this wine was still quite enjoyable. It came on strong on the front of the palette, bringing a warmth to the palette, but then just kind of fell off. With more age I suspect it will improve, but with what I have read about the vintage I am not so sure that age is going to make this wine drink as well as the 1983 that made us fall in love with the chateau.
