Thursday, August 10, 2017 - Decanted tableside. Drank within a half an hour of opening. No real bricking. Plenty of sediment. Nice Bordeaux funk upfront. Lots of good complexity on the palate. Not a stunner, but went well with our French fare. Per tonight, plenty of time to let this sit versus drink now with some air.
