Saturday, May 16, 2015 - Served at Alex's house in Bordeaux on the occasion of BWE France Tour 2015. Evolved and mature in colour, some beading but little persistence. Stewed apples aromas. I was expecting more biscuity and brioche notes, all that said, I was sated by the soft apple aromas, which persisted. An enjoyable glass with a medium finish.
