Thursday, August 27, 2020 - Textbook amontillado. A bit too much alcohol - noticeable alcohol burn. Confirms that I tend to prefer fino to amontillado. Still enjoyable. Drank with our last tray of iberico from our trip to Valencia pre-Covid.
