Saturday, April 25, 2015 - Immediately struck by unusually deep color and pronounced apple on the nose. Evolved and improved over time as apple flavor picked up cinnamon and other spices after about 20 minutes. Still less complex than Schramsberg at its best, but still quite lovely.
