Tuesday, April 12, 2011 - Deep red color. Red and black plums, smoke and distinct gravelly nose. A good dose of blue-red fruits, earth and gravel on the palate. The nose and the palate got better on day 2. There are bitter and astringent tannins with the fruit fading away on the finish.
