Sunday, October 5, 2014 - I think prior CT scores influenced my score, but the wine is excellent.

The nose is very pleasant with cola, blackberries and a hint of barrel toast.

On the palette, the wine has an excellent mouthfeel. It tastes consistent with the nose, with the slightest hint of baking chocolate. Tannins are ripe and need age to further integrate. Overall, I would describe the wine as precise, clean and textured. An excellent effort, and for me, a winery to watch.
