Sunday, July 17, 2016 - Drank this at Swatou Seafood Restaurant today over lunch with Dim Sum.

Rich, full bodied and refreshing. A little overpowering on the dim sum we had. Buttery with rip citrus fruits (apricot, peach, tangerines and grapefruit). Probably well oaked in new oak barrels giving it flavours of vanilla, toast and toffee.
