Saturday, January 31, 2015 - Nose seems to be closing down at this time. Some flinty oakiness and a whiff of tropical fruit and floral notes, then it seems to shut down. Mouthfeel as always really satisfying w creaminess, lovely intense mousse and crisp acidity. Structure. Palate is oaky, long, complex. Lingers for minutes.
