Wednesday, December 31, 2014 - Standout from a dozen Champagnes on New Year's Eve. Nicely matured but still lively, with fine mousse and a rich nose that leaps out of the glass. Quite rounded with some toasty character and a long smooth finish. The type of wine that makes you just sit back, breathe in, and smile with your friends. Easily one of my WOTY for 2014. Awesome stuff!
