Saturday, May 27, 2017 - A Ribera with 10% cab. Very dark red. Medium legs. Not particularly aromatic but gives up a little tar and burnt tobacco. First night, quite hot and tannic, and not for the faint of heart. Finishes with iron. Second night did smooth out a bit but still rather ungenerous in both nose and flavor.
