Thursday, December 17, 2015 - Drank as part of 40th birthday party. This wine was everything I hoped it would be in a Yquem. I was surprised by how much honey and pear you still get. There were also hints of brown sugar that showed its age. This wine absolutely evolved over the night. I firmly believe I could drink this in another 25 years and love it just as much. I really wish I had another bottle to try on my 50th.
