Thursday, June 21, 2007 - Nice wine! Nose of apple, pear, perhaps some pineapple and a little floral aspect. The palate was fruit, with honey. Difficult to pinpoint the exact fruit. Nice balance. Not too sweet, off dry wine. Nice mouth feel and finish. Paired this with Chinese food. The spicier the dish, the sweeter this wine seemed. Nice pairing that I'd do again.
