Sunday, February 20, 2022 - From Magnum. WS really missed the mark with its score for this wine, and Tanzer's score was more fair. 30 minute decant. Ripe blackberries, slightly sour black cherry, touches of blueberry. Oak was modest and resolved. Faint Eucalyptus. Very smooth. Certainly not Silverado's best Limited, but the WS score pushed pricing back into the value pricing range in the auction market. Thank you WS.
