Saturday, November 24, 2012 - Popped and put into decanter right before dinner. Black cherry, roasted meat, and over time notes of coffee and chocolate emerge. Tannins are nicely resolved, still plenty of acid to back up the bold flavor. This has aged nicely for a "negociant" wine.
