Sunday, April 2, 2017 - Toffee and red apple nose. Toffee apples?? Burnt apple purée and dark muscovado caramel. Really rich and round. Medium length finish with a lovely spicey warmth. Excellent and don't wait longer.
[Drunk with cheese in Tokyo. Not decanted for convenience but allowed to relax in glass.]
