Monday, December 6, 2021 - Still going strong. Beautiful gold colour. Big nose of honey, quince, roasted nuts, verbena, tropical fruits, early grey tea … intoxicating. Musky. Waxy. Luscious and mouth filling with a very long slightly bitter finish. Still in perfect balance. The high alcohol is not noticeable.
