Monday, May 6, 2013 - Showing nice maturity but with plenty in the tank, this is a refined Cornas with delicious smoky black cherry fruit and notes of slate minerals and black pepper. Finishes smooth and silky with a lovely licorice note. This was hard to stop drinking with roasted and barbequed meats.
