Sunday, August 7, 2016 - Out of magnum - simply delicious and made in a classic, high-toned style with flavors of roasted meats and dark fruits with hints of black pepper and game. Medium-bodied and quite savory at this point with a fine complexity on the finish which is grippy and still a bit tannic. Everybody loved drinking this at Reynard, Brooklyn.
