Sunday, January 10, 2010 - On the nose roasted game, leather, and spice. The palate has layers of wild blackberries, dried bing cherries, plum, and indian spice all corralled by a mineral frame. Drinking nice out of the bottle, but has the body and layers to last 10 years.
