Friday, December 18, 2020 - Decanted 1hour, last bottle of seven, cellared since June/2007. Wow what a pleasant surprise, this bottle is absolutely delicious full of everything I would expect and hope for from an aged CDP. Still full of red fruits, kirsh, balanced perfectly with meat, blood and earth, fully integrated but yet I see no hurry to consume. Nice way to start a weekend before the holidays.
