Saturday, December 29, 2018 - Good colour and a soft, fruity, fragrant nose. After 3-4 hours, the palate was soft with red and black berries and with cherries and chocolate developing. Soft integrated tannins and gentle vanilla oak. Excellent with slow-cooked lamb shoulder and rack of lamb. Certainly ready. 90+
