Saturday, October 4, 2014 - Golden colour. Generous nose. On the palate, rich flavour, with a hint of hazelnut. Delicious! Pretty much as good of fruit as you're going to get in a Chardonnay, at least as far as I've tasted. One of the best New World Chardonnays I've drunk in quite a while. Delicious on its own. No need for food. This is from the Dutton Ranch vineyard. Overall value: 3 stars. Overall impression: Excellent (88.5).
