Wednesday, November 30, 2016 - Developing beautifully. Lost the tannic heat on the finish, and has unfolded nicely into a soft, rich, smooth mouthful of bramble and spice. Exotic forest berries and Moroccan spice, packing a punch like a Vintage Port. Certainly has a few more years to go....
