Tuesday, August 2, 2016 - Color is a deep magenta purple...legs are slow to form...
Nose is primary dark berry, meat, herbal/garrigue, earth.....
Palate is leathery deep dark framboise blackberry, earthy tannin and herbs....this expression is all on the dark earthy cooked fruit side of gigondas.... It's excellent but might not be everyone's favorite....
