Monday, August 10, 2015 - This is good. Light honey on the nose. Maybe a little floral also. There is a little bit of acidity at the front end that is nice. A tiny bit more would have been better. Maybe it had it a couple years ago. There seems to be some green apple on the palette. We had it with a vegetable salad with chicken. All around, pretty delightful.
