Wednesday, July 22, 2015 - Good balance and clean correctness for a wild natural wine. I thought it had great acidity and some minerality and enjoyable flavor which is the important thing. Restrained nose. Medi full body weight with some fleshy tree fruit, nuttiness, and the cut of papaya. Spicy pineapple citrus finish.
