Thursday, May 6, 2021 - Beautiful. Needed a quick decant to let the oak char dissipate. Initially, kind of a burly wine. Blind I would have guessed Gevrey or NSG. With time and air it became quite pleasurable. The kind of wine that makes you want to come back for more. No rush.
