Sunday, December 31, 2023 - Drank in a pairing with Duck. Th duck was served together with arthichoke purre with some truffles. Glazed pears. Gently fried kale. And a sauce from the fat, boiled in honey, cinnamon and anise stars. Exceptional! Great last supper in 2023!
