Wednesday, October 22, 2014 - 1.5 glasses from Coravin. After having the PMR a few weeks ago, consuming this bottle was a good reminder why I continue to be a Ceritas fan.

Excellent citrus and saline components supported by ample acidity that should make this a nice candidate for medium-term cellaring. The finish was spectacular and could accompany an array of seafood and pasta dishes.

I think the only thing that was slightly distracting at this stage was the oak component that added a slight sweetness. It was not off putting but it was noticeable. I look forward to checking back in on the bottle in a few week´s time as well as the next bottle in 12 months, as I could see this going 2+ points higher once the oak integrates further.
