Thursday, March 14, 2019 - 12.9% ABV. Light yellow with a clear rim. Powerful notes of white flowers, beeswax, dried pineapple and Meyer lemon. Medium-bodied and quite minerally on the palate, with stone fruits, chalk and great cut on the long, resonant finish. Can be drunk now with lots of air, or held for further development. Another excellent Chardonnay from Ceritas! 94.
