Monday, April 27, 2015 - Aromas of lemon peel, pear, apples and minerals. The flavors match with citrus and minerals up front then green apple and a hint of herbs. Medium acidity and strong minerality add structure. Drinking well now but likely not at its peak and should age several more years.
