Notes from the Wine maker
“Dark violet. Deep, dark toasty notes, toffee, violets, red berry fruit, and mint; there is so much going on in the nose, with a touch of reduction adding another layer of complexity and mystery. Broad as well as long, the fruit weight and flavours are mouth filling with acid, tannin and flavour in balance. This wine is seamless on the palate. My favourite of our 2012 Pinot Noirs" Grant Taylor
