Saturday, January 23, 2016 - Seymour Wine Club Meeting 1/23/16 (Home of David Zanowiak): Tasted blind. Decanted for 1 hour. Nose of plum, blackberry, spice and boysenberry. Took some time to open up because it was really closed down when opened it. On the palate this had the most structure of any wine with flavors of plum, iron, boysenberry, earth, herb and mineral. Ended with a long finish of about 30 seconds. Got better throughout the night as well. My wine of the night.
