Wednesday, February 13, 2019 - Scotty Shears Blind Pinot Parade (Shear's Grotto): Double blind wine #2, totally different nose than wine #1. Very subtle/tight nose with notes of strawberry, faint graham cracker and a touch of eucalyptus. Noticeable tannin on the palate. I correctly guessed this as my wine. This wine is a baby and will benefit from time in the bottle. This should have a long life, but 91 for now.
