Friday, May 8, 2020 - The wine was amazing! 1hr upright 1 hr decant. Tart strawberry on the nose. Chocolate bites with bitter start but but oh so soft finish. Like bitting into an apple and at first you feel it will be so tart but suddenly the taste softens. Long long finish. I was reading and could 5 mins past and the taste was still in my mouth.
